My journey through toxic workplace environments revealed a crucial insight: when leaders lack emotional intelligence, it creates ripple effects that impact entire organizations. Poor decisions are made, talent leaves, innovation stagnates, and human potential remains untapped.

This realization led to a profound transformation in my own leadership approach and eventually to the founding of Lead Beyond Books. By developing my own EI skills, I not only became a more effective leader but found my true calling: helping organizations build cultures where both  people and performance can drive.
